在PLC和變頻器同時(shí)使用的自控系統(tǒng)中，應(yīng)該著重注意以下事項(xiàng)：

1、PLC供電電源與動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)電源(變頻器電源)分別配置，且PLC的供電應(yīng)該選擇隔離變壓器。

2、動(dòng)力線盡量與信號(hào)線分開，信號(hào)線要做屏蔽。

3、無論是模擬信號(hào)輸入還是模擬信號(hào)輸出，模擬量通道一律使用信號(hào)隔離模塊。

4、PLC程序里做軟件濾波設(shè)計(jì)。

5、信號(hào)地與動(dòng)力地分開設(shè)計(jì)。
